The Compendium of Papers 2010 was unveiled on 18th March, 2010 at the 22nd Skoch Summit. It was released by Ms Manisha Kochhar, CEO, Skoch Development Foundation; Dr Gursharan Dhanjal, Editor, Inclusion & COO Skoch; and Deepak B Phatak, Director, Skoch Development Foundation & Chair Professor, IIT-B,Mumbai in the august presence of Dr C Rangarajan, Chairman, Economic Advisory Council to the Prime Minister, Dr Vijay Kelkar, Former Chairman, Thirteenth Finance Commission, Mr C B Bhave, Chairman, SEBI and a host of several other luminaries  The compendium has papers selected from the third and fourth Thinkers & Writers Forum held during 20th and 21st Skoch Summits. The papers published are classified under the following categories: Technology, Governance, Disaster Management, Financial Inclusion, Digital Inclusion and Urban Development.

Also given away was the award for ‘Best Paper’ for the year 2009-10, which went to Mr Jatinder Singh, Professor, Rai Business School, New Delhi.
